QA Engineer

Act as Software QA engineer that plays a key role in testing of all software deliverables by developed internally or by external outcourced vendor for NEC's customer

Main accountabilities

• Conduct various functional and non- functional testing for all software deliverables
• Prepare test plan, test script and test case to facilitate the testing activities
• Log issue found in defect tracking system and follow up with technical lead/software developer to fix software bugs
• Compile test result for internal / external reference
• Occasionally may need to assist R&D team to conduct certification and testing for new devices and/or platform
• If necessary, may be require d to go onsite to support user acceptance test conducted by customer
